Not satisfied with the order 

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, the product must remain in its original condition without any obvious wear and tear. Otherwise, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee, unless the product is not within the warranty period for defects of the manufacturer and the replacement is not caused by our error. 

2. Damaged items or low-quality items 

If there are any defects or the product is not functioning properly, please inform us immediately. To solve the problem more quickly, please contact us via email and attach clear photos showing the quality issue or the damaged area. The best photos should be taken on a flat surface and clearly show the label and the defective area. Once the problem is confirmed, we will immediately send you a replacement item without requiring you to return the defective product. We will use this information to better handle your order and avoid similar errors in the future.

Cancel unshipped orders 

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us through our customer service hotline. To resolve the issue more quickly, please provide your order number. Thank you!

 

2. Cancel the shipped orders 

If you cancel your order after the package has been dispatched or is in transit, please contact us first and then refuse to accept the package. Because at this point, we cannot retrieve it. We will deduct the shipping fee and then refund your payment. The refund will be issued immediately after the package starts to be returned.

Refund Policy 

If you feel that the product you purchased does not meet your initial expectations, you can choose to apply for a refund. 

The following situations allow for a refund:

§ If the product you purchased is completely unusable. 

§  If you have not received your product within 90 working days from the date of placing the order. 

Please note: The refund will be credited to your account within 3 to 5 working days. 

Freight cost

 

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Thank you!
