Shipping policy

1. Delivery and Scope:

 

This delivery policy applies to all customers who order through our website.

 

We will fulfill all shipping requests for customers nationwide.

 

2. Delivery Methods:

 

A. Direct Pickup

 

Please carefully check the goods and compare the product with the documents and warranty card before receiving the goods.

 

If the goods need to be transferred from the warehouse, our sales staff will contact you to renegotiate the delivery time.

 

B. Inner City Delivery:

 

Free delivery within a 3 km radius.

 

Delivery staff will contact customers who do not have specific delivery times to arrange a suitable time.

 

For customers with specific delivery times, our delivery staff will contact you and arrange delivery at the time you request.

Except in extremely urgent cases, or outside of our store's operating hours, our staff will contact you and negotiate a suitable time with you.

 

Please carefully check the product upon receipt from the delivery staff. If there are any issues regarding the type, model, quality, or quantity of goods not matching your order, please notify us immediately so we can coordinate the resolution. If there are no issues, please accept the goods and make full payment.

 

In the event that, for any reason, the delivery staff cannot deliver the goods on time, we will contact you and inform you accordingly.

 

C. Inter-provincial Delivery: Via courier services

 

When placing an order, please fill in all the necessary information completely and accurately to facilitate the delivery of goods and prompt payment processing. We are not responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

 

Delivery time: 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Shipping fees are negotiable between both parties.
